How to request deletion of your information.

If you contacted Aircon Deep Clean Co through our website, Facebook Messenger or another enquiry channel and want us to delete the personal information we hold for that enquiry, please contact us using the details below.

How to make a deletion request

Email support@acdeepclean.com.au with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include enough information for us to identify your record, such as:

• Your full name
• Your phone number or email address used in the enquiry
• Your property address or suburb if relevant
• The approximate date of the enquiry, booking or Facebook message

Facebook Messenger / Meta app data

If you interacted with our business through Facebook Messenger, you may also remove the connection from your Facebook account settings where applicable. You can additionally email us directly so we can review and delete any Aircon Deep Clean Co records linked to that enquiry.

What we may delete

Where legally permitted, we may delete enquiry records, booking requests, reminders, internal message history and related customer notes that are no longer required.

What we may need to retain

We may need to keep certain information where it forms part of completed bookings, invoices, receipts, tax records, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other legal business obligations.
